Build on Your Lot Unlike many larger builders, we will come to you. Instead of having to settle for a cookie cutter house on a postage stamp lot, we will build on your lot. Work with Your Architect or Designer (or Ours) We want to help you bring your dreams to reality. When you work with Custom Dwellings, you are not limited to our stock plans. Feel free to bring us plans from another architect or designer for us to build. If you have a plan you would like to change some, we have a network of talented residential design professionals that can help you truly customize your new home. Likewise, if you want to draw a truly unique plan from scratch, we can do that as well. Provide “Guesstimates” Based on typical square footage costs and Custom Dwellings methods and materials standards, we will provide a free “guesstimate” to build your house. For a minimum charge, we will estimate your plans to get a more accurate cost. If you decide to proceed with construction, any charges for estimating will be credited back to your contract price.
